One ton of Sauvignon Blanc from Danielle’s Vineyard was picked to make this reserve style wine. Grapes were separated from the stems and left in contact with the skins for twenty-four hours. Complexity and richness is expressed through the light straw color and round palate. Fermented and aged for ten months in 33% new Acacia Wood/French Oak barrels. Guava and peach are rounded out by smooth coconut extracted from the time spend in barrel. 75 cases produced.
